I currently charge $200 a session. My sessions are typically 45-50 minutes long.

First Light Therapy believes that finances should not be a hurdle for treatment and commits to maintaining a few sliding scale clients. If you are interested, please reach out to determine present availability of reduced rate sessions.

We are an out of network practice, which means that we do not directly accept insurance. We provide monthly superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

First Light Therapy is located at 258 Newark Street, in downtown Hoboken, NJ. For those utilizing public transportation, our office is easily accessible by PATH, Bus, Ferry, or the Light Rail. We are about a 10 minute walk from the downtown Hoboken Transit Terminal, and a 15 minute walk from the 2nd Street Light Rail station.  Metered street parking is also available throughout the surrounding neighborhood.
