Pregnancy and Postpartum Symptom Tracker

This tool can be used to identify and track a variety of pregnancy and postpartum mental health symptoms. This should not be used to replace mental health care. If you check any of the symptoms, you should contact your doctor or a mental health professional for mental health care.

At least 1 in 5 moms experience symptoms of depression and anxiety during the perinatal (pregnancy & postpartum) period. People of every age, income level, race and culture can develop Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) during pregnancy and within the first year after delivery.

This list can help track your symptoms, discuss them with your medical provider, partner, or other support systems and decide if therapy is right for you.
